Services offered by Prime Invest Bulgaria Rental Management Service
- Collection of security deposit and first months rent
- Advice to tenants regarding transferring of domestic accounts to his/her name ie telephone, electricity, internet, gas
- Prime Invest Bulgaria will be happy to prepare the rental contract for the property. In order to this, we will require the bank account details of the owner and a full inventory of the contents
- The property should be presented in the best possible condition. Prime Invest Bulgaria can arrange the cleaning and maintenance of the property.
- Prime Invest Bulgaria provide a full maintenance service for the property. We will advise the cost of any maintenance required to the owner beforehand.
Tenant information
When renting a property through Prime Invest Bulgaria, the following items will be required:
- Payment of one month rent in advance
- Payment of a security deposit – usually the equivalent of one months rent
