Garden City is a joint-venture project, developed by two of the most reputable construction companies in Sofia. Both, "TORIN-TONCHEV & CO" and "FILTO-S" Ltd are well-known local market leaders with over 16 years of experience each.
The Garden City complex is located 150 m away from Simeonovsko shose Blvd. and the MAXI Hotel Complex, which links it directly to the city centre.
